These terms set out the rules for using the Innovative EcoSystems platform. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Innovative EcoSystems (“IE”) platform, the IEPA index, and related services at innovativeecosystems.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes not using it for unlawful purposes, not attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, not scraping or harvesting data, not reverse engineering the platform, and not misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
The IEPA index, market intelligence, scores, and other content are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, legal, financial, or professional advice, and we make no guarantee as to their accuracy, completeness, or any outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions.
You retain ownership of the information and content you submit. You grant IE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the platform. You are responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring you have the right to share it.
The platform integrates with third-party services such as Google and LinkedIn sign-in. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The platform, the IEPA methodology, and all associated software, design, and trademarks are owned by IE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as intended.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
